Viewing and Managing Scheduled Posts

To view scheduled posts, navigate to Social Media > Schedules, where you'll find a calendar view showcasing all your planned posts. This feature provides a comprehensive list of posts in various statuses, including:

Planned: Posts that are scheduled but not yet published.

Published: Posts that have already gone live.

Unpublished: Drafts or posts that have been removed from the schedule.

Filtering by Social Media Platform

You can refine the list by selecting specific social media platforms, such as:

Facebook

Instagram

X.com (formerly Twitter)

LinkedIn

Pinterest

Vimeo

This helps you focus on the scheduled content for a particular social account.

Creating and Managing Posts

From the schedule list, you can:

Create a Post for a Specific Date: Click on the desired date in the calendar to start drafting a new post.

View Platforms for Publication: Each post displays the associated social platforms where it will be published. By clicking on a platform, you can see:

A list of scheduled posts with their images and content, along with the associated account where each will be published. From this view, you can easily access each post and make edits.

Easy Post Management

From this view, you can efficiently manage your posts. Actions include:

Editing content or visuals for individual posts.

Rescheduling or adjusting publication times.

Removing posts from the schedule or changing their status.

This centralized hub ensures you maintain full control over your social media calendar, simplifying the process of planning and optimizing content for each platform.
