§1 General Provisions

  • Subscription Purchase: To provide access to paid website content under Article 6(1)(b) of RODO (performance of a contract for electronically supplied services under the Website's Regulations).

Types of Data Processed:

  • For account registration, the User shall provide:

  • For subscription purchases, the User shall provide:
    • First name and surname
    • Address of residence
    • Tax Identification Number (TIN)
    • Email address
    • IP address

Retention Period of Personal Data:

  • If the legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract, personal data will be retained for the duration of the contract and subsequently for the period necessary to address claims (typically six years, or three years for claims related to business activity or periodic obligations).
  • If the legal basis is consent, personal data will be retained until the consent is withdrawn. After withdrawal, data may still be stored for the limitation period of claims (six years or three years for business-related claims).

Additional information, such as the User's IP address, domain name, browser type, access times, and operating system, may also be collected during website usage.

Positioning data may be collected to analyze User interactions (e.g., clicked links), based on the Administrator’s legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of RODO.
