Monthly/Annually Payment Plan

HitMe offers subscription packages and resource extensions with recurring payments. You can choose between a monthly or yearly payment plan for your package. Most yearly plans include a discount, offering an incentive for customers to commit to a longer subscription term.

Resource extensions are only available for the monthly renewal period.

To view your current packages and active resource subscriptions, go to My Profile > Packages & Subscriptions. This page provides details on your active subscriptions, available resources, and upcoming payment dates. You can modify or cancel your subscriptions at any time. Purchased packages and resources will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Please note that an account can only have one active package or resource extension at a time. If you change your package or resource before the current period ends, any remaining time will be forfeited.

Monthly Plan Period:

For monthly subscriptions, billing will occur on the same day of the following month (e.g., if the subscription starts on January 15, the next billing date will be February 15). If the month does not have a corresponding day (e.g., February 30), billing will occur on the closest available day (e.g., February 28 or 29 in a leap year).

Yearly Plan Period:

A yearly subscription covers 12 full calendar months. For example, if your subscription starts on March 1, 2024, the next billing date will be March 1, 2025.

HitMe will use your default billing details and payment card for each billing period. If payment fails with the default card, we will automatically attempt to charge another connected card. HitMe will make two payment attempts over a one-week period. If these attempts are unsuccessful, you will lose access to your resources, and your data may be permanently lost. To avoid this, ensure your payment method is up-to-date. For guidance on resolving payment issues, please refer to the article "My account expired - what to do?".
