Billing: Billing Details

You can add multiple billing details and payment cards to your account, offering flexibility when selecting your preferred payment method for any transaction. Once added, these details will be used to process orders. You have the freedom to choose from your saved payment options and billing addresses at any time.


To manage and update your billing information, navigate to My Account > Billing Details & Payments. Here, you can add new billing details, modify existing ones, or update your payment methods. You also have the ability to change your default billing details or delete some of your saved payment methods, providing full control over your account. However, the default billing details cannot be deleted, as they are essential for processing active orders and recurring payments.


Order Processing Details

When placing an order, you can select different payment details at checkout. For recurring orders, such as subscriptions or additional resources, the system will automatically process payments using your default billing details and payment card. If payment with your default card fails, we will automatically attempt to charge another card linked to your account, ensuring that your service remains uninterrupted.


This flexibility in managing and updating payment information is designed to give you complete control over how you handle transactions while ensuring the smooth and seamless processing of all your orders.
