My Account Expired, What to Do?

If your account package has expired, you will need to place a new package order. Once your package expires, most of the features that were previously available to you will no longer be accessible. Your account will be in the process of deletion, and all data will be permanently deleted after 14 days. However, you will still be able to manage your domains during this period.

To prevent data loss, we recommend renewing your package as soon as possible. You can either renew your previous package or choose a higher-tier package with more resources and storage. Upgrading to a larger package may help prevent data loss if your previous package no longer provides sufficient resources.

To renew your previous package, simply click “Your account subscription has expired. Renew now!” This will take you directly to the payment process for your last active package. If you would like to select a different package, click on “Pricing and Packages” to explore other options, then proceed to the payment page. After successful payment, your account and its features will be fully restored.

Possible Reasons for Expiration

If your account has expired, there may be an issue with the payment method on file. In many cases, the card used for payment may no longer be valid or sufficient funds may be unavailable. We recommend checking your payment details to ensure they are up-to-date. If necessary, update your payment information to avoid further interruptions.
