E-commerce: How to Create Order in Administration Panel

To create an order, navigate to eCommerce > Orders. This section allows you to view and manage all existing orders in the system. From this list, you can create a new empty order, which provides the flexibility to configure all required details, including setting the payment method with a direct link for online payment.

Steps to Create and Manage Orders:

1. Creating a New Order:

o Click on the option to create a new order. This will generate a blank order where you can specify all relevant information.

o Choose the payment method for the order. Once selected, a unique link to the online payment portal will be generated.

2. Sharing Order Details with Clients:

o The generated payment link allows clients to review the order details and proceed with payment securely online.

o You can add client-specific details necessary for order processing, such as billing and shipping addresses. If applicable, you can associate the order with an existing customer account. This ensures the order is visible in the customer’s account panel.

3. Adding Products to the Order:

o To include products, click the “Add Product” button. This will open a search window where you can browse and select the desired products.

o After adding a product, you can adjust details such as price, tax rates, and more.

o If a client is already associated with the order before adding products, prices, discounts, and taxes will be calculated automatically based on the client's billing location and any permanent discounts tied to their account.

4. Configuring Discounts and Delivery Options:

o You can set delivery methods and apply additional discounts to the order as needed.

o These configurations will be reflected in the final order summary.

5. Order Summary and Finalization:

o Once all products, discounts, and delivery options are added, the system will display a summary of the order, including the total price.

o You can provide the order link to your client for them to complete payment and finalize the transaction.

By following these steps, you can efficiently create and manage orders, ensuring a seamless experience for both you and your clients.
