You can easily add notes to a specific order to keep track of important details or communicate with your team or the client. To do this, ensure you are currently viewing the order to which you would like to add a note. Once you’ve confirmed you’re on the correct order page, navigate to the right side of the screen, where you will find the Notes section. In this section, click the “Add Note” button.
Clicking this button will open a new window, allowing you to create a new note. The note form is designed to make it simple to capture relevant information. Here’s what you can do:
• Add a Specific Note: Type your note into the text field. This can include updates, instructions, reminders, or any other information related to the order.
• Set Visibility: Choose whether the note is private or visible to the client.
o Private Notes: These are for internal use only and can be accessed by your team but are hidden from the client. Use these for comments, internal reminders, or special instructions.
o Client-Visible Notes: These will be visible to the client when they view the order, allowing you to share updates, explanations, or confirmations directly with them.
Once you’ve entered the necessary details and selected the desired visibility, save the note. The new note will be added to the order’s timeline, ensuring a clear record of all communication and updates. This feature helps streamline order management, maintain transparency, and ensure everyone involved has the information they need.
