Comments: How to Manage Comments

To manage the available comments on your platform, navigate to Content > Comments. On this page, you will see a comprehensive list of all comments that have been submitted across your website. The list includes several important details about each comment, such as:

User Details: Information about the user who posted the comment, which can help identify active contributors or potential spammers.

Comment Message: The content of the comment itself, allowing you to review what was said.

Comment Status: Whether the comment is approved, or marked as unapproved. This status helps you keep track of comments that require your attention.

Connected Post or Product: The specific post or product the comment is associated with, ensuring you can easily identify which content the comment pertains to.

From this list, you can easily sort comments based on their status (all, approved, unapproved.), making it quicker to manage large volumes of feedback. Additionally, you can use the search function to locate specific comments by keyword or content, streamlining the process of finding relevant remarks.

For bulk actions, HitMe offers an efficient way to manage comments. You can quickly approve or unapprove multiple comments at once, or even delete them in bulk, saving time and effort when moderating your platform. This feature is especially useful for handling spam or irrelevant comments.

Each individual comment can also be managed separately, allowing you to approve, disapprove, or delete specific comments as needed. If necessary, you can also change the status of a post itself, ensuring that only relevant content remains visible on your platform.

With these tools, managing comments on your website becomes a much smoother and more organized process, helping you maintain a clean, interactive, and user-friendly environment.
