Account Management: Connected Account

The Connected Accounts feature lets you manage multiple accounts from a single main account. It enables you to quickly add new accounts and switch between them without needing to enter passwords each time. This is ideal for managing multiple websites simultaneously.

To switch, add, or manage connected accounts, click the "Connected Accounts" button at the top of the left panel. A modal window will open, displaying a list of all your connected accounts. From this modal, users with the right permissions can add new accounts, switch between them, change passwords, remove or disconnect accounts, and update access details.

Each connected account is treated as a fully independent account and requires its own subscription plan. This ensures that each website remains unique and operates independently. Access to connected accounts is only available through the main account, and only authorized users can see, switch, and manage these accounts.

If you are a web developer, you can provide access credentials to website owners, allowing their accounts to be managed completely separately. Note that connected accounts cannot create their own connected accounts, nor can they access the main account.

Support for Connected Accounts

HitMe offers a support panel that allows users to contact the support center for help with any issues they encounter on the platform. As the owner of connected accounts, you will receive support tickets created by your connected accounts directly in your own support panel. These tickets are not accessible to the main HitMe support team and require your attention and response.

The main account can still open tickets that go directly to the HitMe support team.

If a connected account is disconnected from the main account, it will be treated as a normal independent account with full rights. This means it can create its own connected accounts, and all tickets created from that account’s support panel will be handled by the main HitMe support team. After disconnection, the main account will no longer have quick switch access to that account.

Important: Once an account is disconnected, it cannot be reconnected.
